error -200073 when trying to reset SCXI module

Windows 7

LabVIEW 2017 with NI DAQmx drivers 14.0

PXI 1052 chassis with the following SCXI cards: 

5 - 1102C

1 - 1308

1 - 1161

I can the chassis and all the cards listed in MAX without errors but I cannot reset, let alone use a test panel, without getting error -200073.  I've looked at the following:

I've double and triple checked the configuration.  Am I left with deleting everything and starting from scratch?

Hi Faustina!

I would rather try uninstalling NI MAX and installing it again. I suggest you download the lates version and than reset the NI MAX database.
