error -2558

Hi,

I am using Labview 7.1 and I encounter this eror -2558 when using the "Open Storage (TDM)" function. Can anyone tell me what is that error? Under the "Open Storage (TDM)" function, i use the default file location as given, it still give me that error...

I have attached the VI file.

Inside the folder, all I can see is a text file showing:

c:\xml4c_root\xerces-c-src2_2_0\src\xercesc\framework\LocalFileFormatTarget.cpp(94) : fatal error xercesc::IOException : Could not open file: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\USI\DataModels\USI\TDM\1_0\USI_TDM_1_0.xsd

Any suggestion?
