I have cDAQ 9132 controller with Windows 7 OS. The controller is 1.33 GHZ, Dual Core ATOM processor.
I habe installed NI 2013 on it. I made a simple program to update time samp on front panel. VI has only a while loop with stop button and the loop updates for every 1 second. The timestamp indicator on front panel flickers. There is no overlapping of objects.
