At present I am working on Spartan 6 Atlys board of Xilinx. I would like to target this board in Labview real time project. Please could you explain me how to add this board in FPGA targets so that I can upload bit file to board in labviev.

You can only target FPGA boards supplied by National Instruments.

Or one of the boards supplied by Xilinx (the Xilinx University Program Spartan 3E Starter board, the one with the 3E 500 part)
