Hi vondewa,

after renaming the VI to just "(3).vi" I could open it very easily…

(Weird Unicode chars in filenames tend to be a problem for Windows in general.)

I can open it. Just rename the file to any sane name, like "test.vi". I guess the problem is with those non latin characters. non standard i mean.

ps.: the code is really bad. Full of local variables, full of possible race conditions...
