I don't understand how the subject of your message relates to the LEDs you talk about in the body of the message.

I don't understand why you are planning on using a mathscript node.

Perhaps you can attach a copy of the VI you have so far, and put a little more description behind what you are trying to do in your application.

i want to operate four Led's through arduino..but for specified time...mean want to make led1 on for one minute and then it turns off.and make led2 on for one minute ...and so on for others....the problem i have is that how can i made these time delays...

Where do you want the code that controls the timing to occur?  On the arduino?  Or on the LabVIEW host PC?

If LabVIEW, then look at the Elapsed Time Express VI.
