how to calculate gyro waveform in microsoft excel

I am currently doing a project on fall sensor using accelerometer(series 1,2,3) and a gyro(series 4 and 5). After saving data through text format, I exported the waveform data to microsoft excel. Then i'll do the test of sitting on a chair and stand up. Sitting position will be my(0)point, stand up(+x). I could get the waveform of standing up position in accelerometer.But I didn't know about gyro. Could any1 help me on how to extract the gyro part.

do you expect us to analyze your data or to develop an algorithm to do so???

This forum is for help on (specific) LabView problems and not for solving other peoples school/universities duties!

I would try my first search on G**gle or Wikipedia...

Also I wouldn't attach unreadable proprietary fileformats
