You may want to read Pressure Measurement Basics. It sounds like you are using a pressure transducer with built-in electronics, so the bridge scaling doesn't apply - is that correct? What type of pressure transducer is it? If this is the case, then you should configure it for a voltage measurement, then set up a custom linear scale to convert it to pressure - or do the math in your LabVIEW code.
