how to customize the slider

Hi,

I am simulating a moving box on a straight path. So basically I want to show where the box is when time goes by. I think I can use "horizontal slide"  but I need to customize the slider so that it shows the real size of my box. How can I do it? or is there other way to do this kind of simulations?

Do you want something like this? You could also do this with a picture and move the picture around on your user interface so that you could creat more than one box and have them be different sizes.

There are plenty of ways to customise the slider for your needs.  If you hover over certain parts of the control you can use the drag handles to edit:

Just for fun!  Here's an example using a picture control.

Unzip the file, run the VI and move the slider.
