how to draw a graph using vision assistance

Dear Sir,

I am trying to use vision express to draw a histogram where I can see the outcome of my camera but I am confused with where and how to connect XY graph. I have attached my VI where I am trying to plot maximal value on y axis and minimal value + interval value on x axis however very confuse with this XY grapgh. Could you please help me out in this please, please.

sorry, I know output image is not working because there is no image is coming in for output image.. i forgot to delete it.
