Hi,
I apologize, but I am no expert on phasor diagrams. It turns out that it's relatively difficult to draw a phasor graph using LabVIEW, but I've written an example that (hopefully) will help you get started. The example accepts an input for Voltage magnitude, current magnitude, and the phase between them. It then draws something resembling a phasor diagram.
There are some optional settings you can make for the graph, such as plot colors, axis settings, etc.
Hope this helps! The example was written for LabVIEW 7.1. The main VI is called Phasor Diagram Example.vi.
