how to select curves in a graph and have the area under the curve calculated

I really would love to be able to select peaks (curves) and have the software fill in the peaks with color to the the two ponts I selected at the base. The software would then calcuate the area under the peak (curve). Is there anyway to do this I have been struggling with this one. Please help.

Here is a link where Altenbach does this between two cursors. He basically takes a subset of the data that the user selects and plots a second line. That line has the fill settings set, which you can select in the graph properties dialog. You'll have to integrate to get the area under the portion you want and this link may help with that. You should always search (and look at the results) before posting.
