I have an image which I obtained from sets of electrodes in conductive medium. The image is about two-phase liquid/gas distribution and I need to reconstruct the image as it will gives information on gas distribution in a pipeline. I manage to reconstruct the images with linear-back projection (LBP) however the image produced is bad as the image blurring is worst particularly in the centre. At this stage,can anyone advice which filters can be considered to improve the image?. At this point I tried the gaussian filter however the image does not improve much.
