Hi,
We upgraded last year from labVIEW 8.5 to labVIEW 2010.
So far so good, except today.
It appears inpolygon has been removed as a component of labVIEW 2010 full development system. This used to be on labVIEW 8.5.
The following error is now appearing:
"An internal error has occurred in the MathScript RT Module. Restart LabVIEW and try again. If the error persists, reinstall the MathScript RT Module."
Does anyone know if we are now required to purchase Mathscript RT Module to access a feature previously freely available on labview 8.5

Hi SeanJ,
MathScript RT now requires separate license. You must activate MathScript RT before using it.

So basically, it would have been better to stay at labview 8.5 where it was free?

The change in MathScript no longer being included was initially discussed (debated, argued, take your pick) back when LabVIEW 2009 was released. You can read a response from NI here: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Introducing-LabVIEW-2009/m-p/962159#M431259
