labview与4294a的连接以及数据采集问题

我想通过网线来连接4294和电脑，电脑与4294连接以后通过ping命令以及ftp都已经可以连接到4294，但是在Measurement&Automation Explorer下的接口设定里面却无法找到任何可连接的设备。

另外我想对4294进行数据采集需不需要一个数据采集卡？如果需要的话要用哪种类型的？

I'm sorry. I just found I have posted this topic in a wrong group. I think I should write it in english.

I want to use the Ethernet to connect the LabVIEW with Agilent 4294a. Using ftp or ping command, I can access to the instrument. However, I can't find anything in the VISA TCP/IP Resource.  Is there something special I should note when connect with instrument?

I don't know whether I should  use a data acquisition card? If I need one, which kind of data acquisition card should I buy?

Thank you for your answer. I have got the answer. The driver I download from NI is for GPIB. I think I should connect with Agilent to get the driver for Lan.
