With the DCT it is always hard to tell, but that error might indicate a mismatch between the way you have the table defined and the data you are trying to put into it.

What is the table definition?

Never mind the last comment, I just noticed that you are creating the table. You are defining two string columns but the data size is 0. Also how long is that table name?

If you are using a UDL file you can test your connection to the database without labview.  Also, you have to have all the security authentication. I usually test all sql commands in the database manager tool and cut and paste text into my vi's.  This helps when connecting to different databases because the text is not always the same.  (Sometimes "text "   or 'text ') and other small differences.

The problem with the data link being at fault is the error message you are getting. The message is coming from the database. Have you tried different column names? "time" might be a reserved word. Are there just the two columns?
