labview write data to myRIO

I have a question about data transmission。I want to write a picture from computer to myRIO by Labview。I don‘t know how to do, please give some advice.

Ok, I want to detect face in a picture by myRIO, so I need to a picture as an input. 

First, I select a picture in computer floder, that is a path of conputer.

Second, I need to send picture myRIO, so that I can run the demo of Labview to detect face.

So how to send a picture from computer to myRIO in Labview, or how to select a picture to run my

Labview demo.
