Hi Vijay/Jim,

Did you guys get this to work.  I'm also having an issue trying to measure the frequency of an input sine wave.  Attached is my Code for both the FPGA and Host.

Hi Cosimo,

I don't know how Vijay fared, but you'll have better luck starting a new thread for your problem. I don't see anything obvious in your code, so it's just a matter of reducing the code down to the simplest VI you can make that shows the problem, verifying all signals are what you expect (e.g., plot the outputs of the AI to make sure they're actually working, check your cast types, etc.). Replacing the IO with a simulated signal source like Sine Wave Generator will help demonstrate the problem if you're still having no luck.
