The application I have is a standalone application written using the Mobile Module which simply interfaces with a remote device serially using an Intermec™ CN3 Mobile Computer, which is a handheld CPU with a Windows base operating system. Now I wish to make some modifications to the code and improve it.

Hi Fro2, 

Since the Mobile Module is not being released for new versions of LabVIEW, I think your best course of action would be to install an old version of LabVIEW, in this case probably 2011 SP1.  That was the last version of LabVIEW where Mobile Module was released.
