Hello everyone, I am using modbus in labview for first time so how to use it ??? . Because there is no installer , i tried several ways still i am not getting the addon in labview.

I know the basics of MODBUS but i couldn't able to install it so that i can access in labview... The modbus add-on is not coming in my labview. please suggest any other solution

Hello,

To work with ModBUS no need for any Installer. Here on this link you can download the ModBUS function library and save all these folder data in corresponding LabVIEW folder and open your LabVIEW. All these function you can see in User Library Pallet.

In this library you can observer some basic ModBUS sample example so you can use these examples for your reference.

I installed that software before only and saw that, still it is not working so i tried other way by un-installing 1.1 and i just copied the file of 1.2 as per procedure but its not woking in either ways.

Is there any problem with my LABVIEW software ???

Ya it is professional development version only...

Now i got it, its working now.

The problem was i didn't restarted the system after installation, now i restarted it and its working fine.
