motor DC control with PID

Hi everybody,

 

I need to do a Motor Dc control with PID.Actually I´m using a USB 6008 for data transmision and an additional Power amplifier for the motor and an encoder with 90 increments.

 

I can get the sensor signal and look his frecuency

I have done a basic PID but now I have to implement with the Daq assistent the signal becomes to the enconder but I don´t know how.

How do I provide information to the PID from the Dac assitent?

Which settings are most important for PID in relation with motor and encoder?
