It looks like you don't have the Xilinx compile tools installed.  Take a look at the following KnowledgeBase to help you determine which tools to install.

The Real Time Module shouldn't have anything to do with any of it. The give away was the message that said "The compilation tools are not installed."

Get that installed and see what happens.
