offset and multiplier

i want to start this graph from Zero by changing offset and multiplier property of graph. how i can do this?

-It will be nice if you can crop or post only required image/screenshot region instead of this huge screenshot which very little info.
-Right click graph>>Properties>>Scale>> You have the parameters required.
