oracle exception

Hi,

I need help with LabView8.5 connected to oracle-database through the oracle "odac" ole-driver.

An oracle exception is returned in the LabView errorcluster. For example the exception "too_many_rows" is returned with an errorcode "-2147217900".

Where does this errorcode come from and does it relate to the oracle exception? I mean, can I use the returned errorcode for handling all the oracle-generated exceptions?

You'll find a txt file attached where most errors are explained. From my oprinion you can't generally match an error code to an oracle exeption as there are some codes which could have several causes.
