Dear wire workers.

In my PDA project I have serveral controls.
All the input controls and output indicators are hidden.
I have done this by a right click on the BD control /
indicator and select hide control.

Why are they not hidden any more in the target
window?

Does it cost performance?

How can I avoid this?

Is it enough to move the controls and Idicator out of
the visible area?

With kind regards

Martin,
I do not understand you 1st question...
May you explain it a litte bit more in detail? (LV PDA version?)

If you hide controls or move them beyond the visible area the performance increases.
You can check it with a simple program -> while loop with 10^6 iterations and a clock

Hi ThSa

You are absolutly right.
Unfortunately all the controls that have been switched to invisible, while programming, are still
visible on the target screen. You have to switch all controls to invisible again or move all controls
out of sight. So far so well, but I have seen that I can't switch horizontal slides invisible by using
its property node. This is a confirmed bug in LV PDA 8.0.1.

There are several other things that dont work like we know it from the normal LV since LV 4.
I wuould like to call this toolkit version 1.2 except 8.x.x. So my advice is to be very carefull using
this.

With kind regards
