The most simple path:
1. Copy to buffer (Alt-PrintScreen)
2. To execute any graphic editor (for example Paint)
3. Insert from buffer (Ctrl-V)
4. Do, what you want
It is simple, but it is not good 🙂

The best regards,
Yuri

Is there a means of programatically doing this? Lets say if you are handing a significant number of graphs, like 2400 of them?

Edit: It appears I posted too hastily! Solution!
