problem installing software on compactrio

I tried formatting my compactrio device, but when I tried reinstalling software onto it, Labview realtime 7.1 was no longer on the list of software to install, and all the other software are dependent on it. Tried reinstalling the Labview 7.1 realtime module again, but that didn't work. Can someone help?

Try installing LV RT 7.1 Support for CompactRIO from the NI-RIO distribution (or doing a repair of the NI-RIO installation in case the installer claims the feature to already be installed).
