problem with download vi

I can not download vi from NI website: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/2976

name of vi: nyquist_plot_of_a_filter.vi

Could someone get this vi and placed it in this post?

I have labview 8,5 - maybe this is a problem?
