Your question is not exactly clear, but these should hopefully provide the answer:
Quick Drop uses the list of functions available in the palettes, so if your function is in the palette (e.g. if you place it in the user.lib folder) it will be in the list.
In LV 2009, QD also gets the list of VIs in the project, so if your VI is in the project (and it probably is) it will be in the list.
You can add shortcuts to QD, so that you can use a shorter name (like "ba" instead of "Build Array").
You can call the Select a VI palette function, which will allow you to browse for your VI.
