"Could not connect to ni.com" error persists after NI website maintenance

Hello all! I am having a new issue with a perpetual license. We run LV 2015 on our Windows 7 system and have not once in the years since installing had the license manager pop up like this. On Friday I received the attached error indicating that my system "could not connect to ni.com." I called NI and they said they were doing maintenance on the site, so I chocked it up to this. However, upon returning to work on Monday I am still getting the same error. I put in the activation codes for our license and received errors for all of them (second image). I rebooted the computer as well and the issue still persists. 

 

Any thoughts? Places to start looking for issues? Thanks in advance!
