hi ...
I am tryin to convert a desktop pc to use labview real time .....but when i boot my pc using usb (desktop utility usb real time already created using MAX in usb) it give me the error "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER"
any suggestions?

Hope this will give you a solution. Always remember to do a search in the forum. Most of the problems were solved. Post if you had still problems.

hi ...thnx it was solved but now when i select the option "boot using software installled on the hard disk ......it gives me the error unable to configure primary network device ....
i have xp installed on the harddisk an labview 8.2 ...do i need to format the whole hard disk before convertng it to a real time target??

"system error kernel.446610 : LFS Error : Not a DOS disk: pc_dskinit "

i have read the disscusions they all say that the ethernet drivers are not correctly installed ...i have installed them again they seem to be working ok in XP but when i run the evaluate test from the usb disk utility it gives only one error system state: IP stack Confriguration Error

Reinstalling the XP driver will not help in LV RT. LV RT has its own drivers, but only a limited set of ethernet chipsets is supported. See requirements document here.
By the way, what file system do you use? NTFS is not supported by LV RT. You will have to use FAT32. Again, check the requirements document.

i just keep getting this " Broadcom 57xx Ethernet "... error ..it gets intialized but " no devices found " ..why is that ..???
