rs232 driver for 8.5

hi ,

i have installed  labview8.5 evaluation version. when i had  run the serial rs232 example VI the followving

message appeard ....

Error -1073807202 occurred at Property Node
(arg 1) in VISA Configure Serial Port (Instr).
vi->Advanced_Serial_Write_and_Read.vi
Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW:  (Hex 0xBFFF009E) VISA or a code library required
by VISA could not be located or loaded.  This is usually due to a
required driver not being installed on the system.

i think,  i have not installed rs232driver

can any one tell me from where i can download the drivers for LPTport, RS232 serialport and usb etc
