sbRIO-9631 support

I came across an old sbRIO evaluation kit based on sbRIO-9631 board with some daughterboard on it.

Before venturing any further I tried to verify if I can connect to it, or if the board is usable, and got Error -63196 (via NI MAX).

I am wondering if this board still supported under more recent versions of LabVIEW or operating system or combination thereof.

I am running LabVIEW 2020 on Windows 10.

According to NI Hardware and Software Operating System Compatibility, the last supported version is NI-compactRIO 19.6 This driver version is compatible with LabVIEW 2016 to 2019.
