simulation of crane sensors

I’m student in Master 2 pro electronics and computer sciences .i’m in internship and my mission is to achieve a bench simulating signals from sensors fitted to a crane from the kinematics of the crane and it’s  position.

The idea is to built an interface or a software to simulate the crane sensors and to see the reaction of this crane in the same interface.

I attached a photo of the bench that already exist and I marked the parts that I had to simulate.

I need all your suggestions about how to proceed and a hardware and software architecture for the bench.

Hi,

First you'll need a data acquisition device (analog and/or digital), if you want to use National Instruments product take a look a the DAQ product line.

Software drivers are available for LabVIEW, ANSI C, Microsoft Visual C++, and Microsoft .NET Languages (C# and Visual Basic .NET).

I suggest that you use LabVIEW, the devolopement is easier and faster.

If you don't know LabVIEW or how to do Data Acquisition with LabVIEW (using DAQmx Drivers), here are some uselfull links:
