speech to text conversion

I have attatched the file. Here I am taking the sound input but I am getting the surrounding noise as the disturbance and I want to filter out the particular frequency of the word I speak. So that I can actuate something based on the single frequency component.

It depends on the background noise.  If it is confined to a fixed frequency range then appy a bandstop filter to remove it.  This may also filter some frequency components of your word, but may leave enough to be identifiable so you can do your actuation.  If it's broad band noise, then maybe you can determine narrow bands and band pass filter the input to try and determine the spoken word.

Sir I have also tried that way but then also I am not able to get the frequency of the word spoken in one range. I am having varying frequency range for the same words. Can you give me other way for speech to text conversion.
