temp gauge digital digit precision?

I'm using a digital display for a temp gauge. I have the temp gauge set to Float w/ 1 digit of precision, but the display shows 3 digit precision regardless of the setting for gauge. How do I set the digital display to be 1 digit of precision?

talking about the digital display or numeric ....go into the control properties under display format tab, from the pulldown list there are 2 properties that can be formatted (numeric or digital display) choose digital display, then you can do whatever from the long list of possible formats and advanced editing
