I took a look at your VI; it appears to be configured correctly so I do not see any problems with the code.  I think the next step would be to talk with the IT personnel at UIUC and see if there are any specific reasons why the connection is failing.  There could be some configuration they are using that might block 3rd party access unless a specific method is followed.

Thanks everybody for kindly help. Problem was solved. The problem is my mail server may require "return address". When there is "return address" inputted. Everything works well. Thanks.
