thermocouple

I have completed a thermocouple to take in temperature an if it is above a certain temperature I set it to a STOP condition. I want that stop condition to be set to some type of relay so it will really stop.  Also what i want to do now is write it to a file in excel with the the time an temperature at that time. can someone help me the block diagram is attached

The term "excel file" is uncertain. I choose a CSV file with tab as separator char instead...
