here is a diode+transistor vi. you can change diode/transistor under the graph. in the block diagram of the diode you ll see that it uses an equation for the current. i have to put an equation and create the block diagram for the transistor too so i can see the curve in the front panel but i can't seem to find which equation i have to put in! does anyone know which equation works?
