trouble connecting sbRIO 9631

I have purchased Ni evaluation kit with sbRIO 9631. But i have trouble configuring it in MAX. It does not automatically acquire any IP address and subnet. 
Even when I provide a static IP, it gives me an error " trouble connecting to target, make sure your target is powered on" while it is powered on. 

I;m runnig labview 2012 with all latest FPGA module (2012)

Here is a good KnowledgeBase for not being able to see your device in MAX (sbRIO and cRIO will behave the same).  In the future, you will be more likely to receive help if you post in the appropriate forum.  You posted in LabVIEW, but there will be more users familiar with your issue in the Real Time Measurement and Control forum.
