How can I update a command inside a cluster.

I can just read them using disassemble by name. How can I write into one of the command?

I think the function you mean here is Unbundle By Name.  Conversely, use Bundle By Name up update an item in a cluster.

Your description is pretty vague - can you show us your code?

Are you trying to update the value in a cluster? If so, use the 'bundle by name' function. That's pretty basic...
