using LabView 2023 Q1 toolkits and Q3 application builder

Hello Everyone,

I have a licence for several labview toolkits of 2023 Q1 and a Q3 licence for the application builder. When prompted to enter my activation code for the application builder i was told an error. the licence activation code works for the toolkits though. 

can you help me what the problem might be?

I would recommend you reach out to NI technical support directly. They have access to the internal license portal and activation history and can provide better answers. Remember to provide them with your serial number and error code.
