I need a vi can do this:

 

virtual phase meter.
- Use of personal computer sound card to generate signals with variable phase.
(with the cable from input to output of the PC sound card i need to measure the delay of signals)

Besides which, my opinion is that Express VIs Carthage must be destroyed deleted

Sorry to bother you again. please if you have LabVIEW 9. you convert this into an older version 8.5 so I can open because I dont have lv9 I have lv8.5

You do not learn anything by being copycat. The principals are quite simple. You need two parallel loops. One for generating sound and one for reading the result. Go to help in the toolbar. Then select Find Examples. And search for sound. Locate the "Generate Sound.vi" It will be a good start.
