I use Labview 2023 Q3 (Full Development System, Professional Development System), Application Builder, Vision Acquisition Software 2023 Q1 (NI-IMAQdx), Vision Development Module 2023 Q1 (Development System, Runtime)
Developed by a company that owns the license for
Error A problem occurred. I created and installed the program developed in the previous thread and installed the exe file.
When I run the exe file after installation, the same problem as in the picture below occurs.
Do you need individual vision development modules on the PC running the distributed exe file?
Should I purchase a vision development module for deployment?
If I purchase, do I need one license per PC?
I need to deploy that exe on about 50 pcs

Yes

The deployment license is much cheaper than the development license. The deployment license is perpetual and it can be used for life time. See Select Your Vision Development Module License.
