I am acquiring data real time and performing some operations on the data. I am displaying the input data and output of the processed data via two waveform charts. I necessarily need to keep the y axis on the autoscale mode. I have the two charts one below the other with the yscales perfectly aligned. Since the auto scale is on, the spacing of the yscale slighlty chages and the yscales get mis aligned after some time into data acquisition. I have kept the numer of significant digits fixed. Is there a way to fix this such that the yscales are aligned perfectly always?
