Try to repair network connection.
Try disable firewall.

Can you try a local test? Try acess o the same machine via http://127.0.0.1.
If dont work the problem will be the web server.

its been two years since.....but still I am looking for solution....http://127.0.0.1. gives webpage of "Labview Web Server"...error is same..."domain name does not exist" adding to previous mentioned...
Is there any specific URL that should be generated...which is missing in my case? My network use proxy settings to connect with internet...can this be a problem?

Thanks....Himanshu..
1. Operating System : Vista business
2. IIS Status: What I should check?
3.Browser: IE 9
4. Configuration: Enable web server in the option, Allow access.
5. I just try to see preview in browser, but it says Unable to determine IP address from host name ...
However, with same setting when I operate at my home (no proxy setting ) it works....
