I cant figure out how to install the PID controls with Labview 2009.
Which part of the install product list do I run to get these VIs.
We have the full site license which is offered to academic instituations so we should have it I would think.
The only computer i can find the VIs on is an older comptuer running labview 8.6 and vista.

Hello Jimmy,
Do you have PID & Fuzzy Logic Toolkit installed? You can go to NI License Manager to check.
Once the toolkit is installed, it should be under Control Design and Simulation > PID palette

yes, thanks.
The problem I was having turned out that the PID controls were on a different CD.
We get a set of CDs for the site licnese, and this particular toolbox turned out to be on a red CD titled "embedded control"
Most of the toolboxes are on the first 2 main CDs with the core software.
