It is not clear what we should be looking for. What "count"? What does the program do? Where is the diagram?

If you open the main diagram, you can find number control "address PASS"

It count number of the power using modbus.

it goes up by 1 at first time, but when it goes over million, it goes up by 100

i don't know why it goes up by 100.

pleas help me and tell me if you need something

I could not find any control or indicator named  "address PASS". Where is it?

Sorry, I can't really help you with your program, but all I can see are serious landmines.

  • Why are all front panels and diagrams so gigantic?
  • For serial communication at 19200 baud, a 100 microsecond polling wait seems pointless.
  • Why are you building arrays with one character each instead of just appending to a string.
  • What's the point of "concatenate string" inside the "operating time.vi"?
  • Why are you "counting" in orange instead of blue?
  • Why can't you have an array of counters, incrementing the relevant element using an IPE?
  • Why are you using "insert into array" instead of "built array"?
  • How much do you know about the serial message format (size, termination, etc)
  • Why is hexto.h.ascii so complicated (see picture for an alternative, assuming that the input string is in hex display format)
  • I think your entire code could be simplified to fit on a postcard and be actually "debugable". Currently it is not, without having access to your instrument and its documentation.
  • There are some experts with serial communications here that my help you further. Not me.
