I've download the ethernet connection driver from Yokogawa's page (link here) and it's working !!!

I also attach the labview driver to this post!

What Driver did you used to create the VISA resource? I'm not able to find it online. is it IVI-C ? I can only find the library but still I cannot create the resource. P.S I have my instrument connected thru Ethernet and I can see it in my network when I ping it.

I would appreciate your response.

Hi,

You have to create a device in MAX yourself with the used IP address and port number 10001. See example in this thread.
