Hi hamedi,

show an example VI!

Is this a picture in a 2D picture control or do you use VISION/IMAQ?

Do you really need a matrix or does a simple 2D array fit too?

Best regards,
GerdW

Use a 3rd party tool to scale your picture before loading it...

Hi hamedi,

I don't have a VI, I suggested to use 3rd party software!

Google for "scale jpg" and you will find tools like ImageMagick or similar! Use them to scale your pictures, call them with SystemExec...

Best regards,
GerdW
